Orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 business days from our studio located in Melbourne, Victoria.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during new release periods, sale periods and public holidays.

Please ensure delivery address are correct before checking out as we unable to make any changes once your order has been processed and shipped.

We hold no responsibility for incorrect delivery details, items lost, stolen or damaged in the post.

$10 Standard shipping via Australia Post.

$15 Express shipping via Australia Post.

For all international orders, we use DHL Express. Costs for international shipping are calculated upon checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of initial delivery, provided that all returned items be in original, unworn condition and free from odours.

Returned items may be exchanged for the following:

• an alternative size or product currently available on anitaov.com
• store credit valid for 12 months
  

We do not offer refunds on returned items.
We do not accept returns on one-off pieces.
